Hard working loving chef who you can tell has a passion for cooking. Bria will do what she can to make sure your event goes off without a hitch and your guests are served delicious food. Reasonably priced and willing to work within your budget. 10/10 does Italian the best but is also willing to do personal day trips for breakfasts as well etc. If you can imagine it, I’m sure Bria can make your vision come true!
Chef Bria prepared delicious and beautifully displayed food for a networking event for our members. We received rave reviews on the selection from attendees - they especially enjoyed the vegan mushrooms and strawberry bruschetta. We'll definitely have her back.
What an amazing service! I've attended and been involved with many events where Bria's Italian Fusion catered the event and every time, the tables are cleared out! She is so wonderful to work with, very responsive and tries her hardest to please. Plus, her cooking is delicious!

We met Bria when we were looking for a caterer for our wedding. She dropped off our tasting and it was so much food. It was delicious and I loved the shrimp scampi and pesto pasta salad. Even though we didn't go with Bria for our wedding I knew I wanted food from her again. We signed up for the weekly meal prep plan and it is great! She delivered it to us directly and we've eaten a lot of it already. I just had the Teriyaki Salmon for lunch and it was very tasty! Thank you Bria!
My husband and I took a cooking class with Bria’s Italian Fusion and had a great time learning how to make pasta from scratch! What I loved about Bria’s cooking class in Denver, was that she used attainable ingredients I could find at my local grocery store and gave tips for shortcuts for when trying to make a quick weeknight dinner. The cooking class included knife skills and we got a full meal to eat at the end. Everything was delicious and I still make the pesto sauce regularly! I loved that I got to take home copies of the recipes. Breanna catered a work event for me at the dragon boat festival this year and she was fantastic. She gave me several great options for my event type and guest count. We chose the Taco Bar. Yummy!! Not only did she somehow magically find the tent we had in the middle of the entire park but she set everything up with super speed. The crowd smelled the amazing food and started lining up. The food was delicious and the setup was perfect for this event. So many options and many happy bellies. Thank you!!!!
